Based in Nashville, Longview Development Group builds new luxury single-family homes across Tennessee, on infill lots, teardown sites and raw land.
We are a development sponsor. We source and underwrite each site, structure the project, arrange the project financing and coordinate the builders who construct every home, through to completion and sale. Our model works with capital partners through joint-venture and deferred-equity structures.
Combined experience: Longview’s principal (5 years) and our partnered builder (15 years).
02 — How We Work
One accountable team, from site to sale.
Every Longview home is new construction, whether the site is an infill lot, a teardown or raw land. We lead it from the first site visit to the day the home sells.
Source
We identify and acquire infill lots, teardown homes and raw land suited to luxury single-family homes, in Nashville and across Tennessee.
Underwrite & Structure
We build the budget, schedule and exit plan for each site, and structure each project with its capital partners.
Finance
We arrange the construction and project financing for each home.
Build & Deliver
We coordinate demolition where needed, then the builder, architect and execution team through completion and sale.

Longview’s current project is a new luxury single-family home of approximately 7,000 square feet in the Hillwood area of Nashville, developed in partnership with another developer.
